"Frustrating site that didn’t feel worth the risk"
I was just trying to look up some event details, but the site was a hassle. Pages were slow to load, the menus felt all over the place, and I had to click around way more than I expected. After a few minutes, I started wondering if I was even on the right pages or if I might miss something important, so I decided not to keep going.

I tried watching the event live, but the stream kept freezing every few minutes. I reloaded it a bunch of times and kept hoping it would settle down, but it stayed laggy. I wasn’t even sure if it was something on my end or not, which made it more frustrating. I just wanted to watch without worrying it would drop again.

"Torn because I usually like this brand"
I’ve ordered from this brand before and usually have a good experience, so I was disappointed this time. The shirt showed up later than expected, and once I got it, the material felt a lot cheaper than I’m used to from them. I still like the brand overall, but this order definitely made me second-guess buying again anytime soon.

"Ticket Checkout Was Really Frustrating"
I tried going through the ticket checkout process, but it was a mess. Everything seemed to go through, but in the end, I never received my tickets. Disappointing experience overall.

I went in hoping to catch up on solid event coverage and updates, but the site feels thin now. A lot of what I found was either too short, outdated, or just not there at all. I usually trust my instinct with stuff like this, and it felt like I had to dig way too much just to find basic details. The videos and articles were okay, but they didn’t really go deep enough for what I was looking for.

"The site itself is fine enough..."
The site itself is fine enough, I guess, but the customer support part was kind of a problem for me. I sent a message about my account and then it was just quiet for days, which was annoying. When they finally answered, it sounded like a copy and paste thing and it didn’t really solve the issue much. So I had to message again, which was not great. It’s not the worst experience ever, but they really need to be better with replying sooner...
